Bethany Downs is the founder of Glow Collective Aesthetics & Laser, a space created from her lifelong passion for skincare, beauty, and helping people feel confident inside and out.

A proud West Linn resident since 2013, Bethany deeply loves this community and the families who make it so special. She and her husband Kyle are raising her twin 17-year-old sons and their spirited 4-year-old daughter here — spending weekends cheering from the sidelines at games, watching dance and gymnastics recitals, boating in the summer, and soaking up sunny afternoons (often with a glass of rosé in her hand).

Before becoming an Advanced Aesthetician, Bethany built a career as a photographer and professional makeup artist, where she discovered how powerful it is when someone truly feels confident in their own skin. That experience shaped her philosophy: aesthetics isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about enhancing your natural features and helping you feel refreshed, radiant, and self-assured.

Glow Collective was created as a welcoming, elevated space for both women and men — a place where clients feel cared for, understood, and empowered. Bethany is honored to serve the West Linn community and surrounding areas, and she looks forward to helping you look and feel your very best.
